Why Register?

Create an account to access our comprehensive sequencing order management system. This platform enables researchers to:

  • Submit sequencing requests with detailed metadata
  • Ensure compliance with MIxS standards for data submission
  • Track sample processing and pipeline status
  • Prepare data for submission to public repositories (ENA)

Username should be unique and will be used for login

Password must:

  • Be at least 8 characters long
  • Not be too similar to your username
  • Not be a commonly used password
  • Not be entirely numeric
